About the project

 

We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate based in Chennai to join us on a full-time basis.

 

You will play a key role in supporting our learners and will be part of an exciting journey as we establish our business further.

Your role

  • Acting as the first point of contact for our learners via email or on site, Monday to Saturday
  • Providing guidance in course selection and supporting participants with their questions
  • Ensuring learner satisfaction through efficient, friendly, and solution-oriented support
  • Coordinating administrative tasks and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations

Your profile

  • Strong service orientation and genuine enthusiasm for working with adult learners
  • Fluent English skills, German is a plus
  • Confident and professional communication, whether by email, phone, or in person
  • Solid PC and MS Office skills
